Family of Man Killed by Illinois Cop Files Lawsuit Over Department`s Refusal to Release Evidence

Over a year ago, a Forest Park police officer shot Marco Gomez to death for allegedly driving a stolen car. Now, the victim`s family is filing a lawsuit.
